The Quantitative Techniques for Economics and Management Masters Network (QTEM) brings together outstanding students, leading academic partners and corporations at an international level. This challenging opportunity enables students to develop analytical and quantitative skills whileenhancing their decision-making abilities in an international context.
The Quantitative Techniques for Economics and Management Masters Network is a two-year, full-time program, offered by a network of 23 leading academic partners and top companies to give students international and intercultural insight, while developing quantitative and analytical skills in order to match employers demands. Students also have the chance to spend up to two semesters abroad with two prestigious partner institutions. All Quantitative Techniques for Economics and Management Masters Network graduates also complete an internship before the end of the program thanks to an exclusive network of corporate partners. This prepares them for a successful career as analysts and consultants, in the financial, banking and private industry.

Alessandra Genco is the CFO of Leonardo, the Italian aerospace and defense company. She was previously Vice President Group Finance, in charge of capital markets, treasury, investments and insurance activities.
Prior to joining Leonardo, she spent seven years in the US where she worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs as Vice President in their New York Office.
She covered clients across numerous industries, including financial sponsors. She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a M.Sc. in Economics from Luiss Guido Carli University. She is on the board of various companies, in Europe and in the US. Strongly committed to the theme of diversity, she serves as mentor of talented young women.
Passion and dynamism are the key words to describe working in an extravagant environment of a luxury company. Almost a year ago I started a six-month internship with BVLGARI at its headquarters in Rome as a Product Marketing Intern in the Jewellery Business Unit.
After two and a half fantastic months spent between High Jewellery and Bridal, dedication and knowledge acquired during my Master in Fashion, Luxury and Creative Industries Management at Luiss led to a contract as Product Marketing Specialist of Serpenti, the most iconic collection. I am doing just great here, growing personally and professionally, but at the same time I am ambitious, and I am considering the idea of working at the BVLGARI site in Dubai. It is currently just an hypothesis, I am satisfied here in Rome.
