The master’s degree in Law, Digital Innovation and Sustainability equips experts in innovation – and in particular, students with a legal or managerial background – with the instruments necessary to interpret the current digital and ecological transitions in society and the economy, offering them a solid legal background with equally strong interdisciplinary, managerial and technical knowledge.

a)Lawyers 4.0 (legal innovation designers/engineers): legal experts of the designing and coding of the new rules of cohabitation in a phase of digital, technological, climactic and social transition who contribute to enterprise risk management and risk analysis using legal design thinking and lateral thinking.

b)Innovation or Sustainability Officers and Managers: experts without a legal background who work for large organizations and in the coordination of integrated business units who manage digital or social innovation processes with transdisciplinary abilities in system thinking, lateral thinking and legal risk management.

Erasmus+ and Bilateral Exchange Programs

The Luiss Student Exchange Office manages and promotes student exchanges within the Erasmus Program, as well as through bilateral exchange agreements with non-European universities. The procedures are based on the ECTS system. All eligible students can apply to be selected for an opportunity to study abroad on an Erasmus+ or Bilateral exchange in one of our several partner Institutions. Our Erasmus+/Bilateral network currently boasts 218 agreements with Higher Education Institutions in 46 countries, and it grows every year.

Structured Partnership Exchange and Double Degree Programs

The International Development Office offers to students a wide range of structured partnerships and double degree programs they can apply for, depending on the specific Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program they’re currently enrolled in or the program they’re willing to enroll in for the next academic year.
